OUTFIT OF THE WEEK 'SALE EDITION' 30/07/14

Mr. Mannequin’s back for some more of his weekly selections, jumping in midweek this week to showcase some more of our sale items. How much has he save today, let’s find out… Kicking it all off today, Mr. Mannequin’s opted for a combination of Monsieure Lacenaire’s Teddy Knitted Varsity in Navy/Ecru reduced from $395 to $250, with Norse Projects Emil Dobby Shirt in White, reduced from $185 to $120, and Tender Co. Grey Welsh Wool Scarf, reduced from $130 to $100. Heading down to the lower half of this week’s outfit, and Mr. Mannequin’s opted for a pair of Noir’s Jean002 Japanese Selvedge Denim in Raw Indigo, reduced from $370 to $200, combining these with Yuketen’s Walker in Brown Leather, reduced from $585 to $485, and Yuketen’s Deer Leather Tote in Black, reduced from $879 to $579. How much has he saved today, the entire outfit was $2544, and is now $1734 leaving Mr. Mannequin with a spare $810 in his pocket. ADIDAS ORIGINALS ZX FLUX TECH SUPER COLOURS

Back by popular demand, the latest run of limited edition renditions from Adidas Originals' ZX Flux range are about to hit our shelves with the Tech Super Colours. Coming to us in two colourways, the Silver/White rendition of the ZX Flux Tech features a tonal silver geometric zigzag pattern that covers the upper of the silhouette accented by 3M reflective heel cap, and signature three stripes before the white accents of leather on the tongue tab, lining, and crisp white torsion sole unit. The Multi/White colourway features the same geometric zigzag patterning across the silhouettes upper mixing tones of blue, and burgundy together with accents of black across the heel cap, leather lining, tongue label and sole unit.

Both colourways will be releasing this Friday the 1st of August at our Level 1/15 McKillop Street location from 11am with any remaining pairs releasing online from 12pm the same day.Sizes US9 through to US11 will be available in both colourways with a retail of $150. With all of the finer details

NEW BALANCE M997PR RELEASING THIS SATURDAY

After delivering the M997HL, New Balance have done it yet again, delivering a second helping of the coveted 997 silhouette with the M997PR. Coming to us in a tonal black colourway, with accents of white, beige and orange, the M997PR is a prime example of the quality that New Balance is dishing out at the hands of their American craftsmen, but also their nack for finding and utilising some of the most premium materials with lush suedes and buttery leathers spread across this iconic silhouette.

The M997PR will be releasing in store this Saturday the 2nd of August at our Level 1/15 McKillop Street location with remaining pairs releasing online from 12pm the same day. Sizes US8-US12 will be available with retail set at $250. For all of the details of the release hit the jump, but remember to get in quickly before they're all gone!

OUTFIT OF THE WEEK 'SALE EDITION' 28/07/14

Mr. Mannequin is back for another of his weekly outfits, picking pieces from our current sale to create this week’s outfit of the week. The only question is, how much did he save? Kicking it all off this week, Mr. Mannequin’s opted for a combination of Bedwin’s Reynolds Drizzler Jacket in Navy, Was $340, Now $260, pairing this off with Monsieur Lacenaire’s Germain Cardigan in Grey, Was $260, Now, $140, and Norse Projects’ Anton Coupe Shirt in Navy, Was $199, Now $100. Heading down to the lower half of his outfit, Mr. Mannequin’s got a pair of Norse Projects’ Aros Heavy Chino in Olive Drab, Was $199, Now $150, and lastly a pair of Yuketen’s Sneaker Moc Ox in Blanco White, Was $449, Now $350. Has he outdone himself this week, we’ll leave that decision up to you all we know is that his total outfit is reduced from $1447 down to $1000, giving him $447 worth of savings for the week.

RELEASE REMINDER NEW BALANCE CT30PSN & CT300PKT

Just in case you've forgotten, both the collaborative New Balance CT300SPSN Sneakers N' Stuff, and CT300PKT 24 Kilates will be releasing tomorrow morning, Saturday the 26th of July at our Level 1/15 McKillop Street store, from 11am, with any remaining pairs releasing online from 12pm the same day.
Originally released in 1979, the sneaker was one of the brand’s first shoes designed exclusively for tennis and now sees a comeback in premium materials from New Balance’s factory in Flimby, UK. Sneakers N’ Stuff’s rendition comes to us as the CT300PSN, combining a series of tonal grey, and deep burgundy suedes, with crisp white mesh, leather lining and midsole. 24 Kilates’ rendition comes to us as the CT300PKT with a slew of buttery caramel suedes, and tonal navy suede and mesh, before receiving a slight burst of colour from the orange heel. Much like the CT300PSN, the CT300PKT sits atop a crisp white midsole, with white leather lining.

UP THERE'S ANNUAL MID-SEASON SALE

If you haven’t already guessed it, it’s that time of year yet again, and starting tomorrow Friday the 25th of July we’ll be having our mid season sale. With reductions store wide, there will be up to 50% from all your favourite brands including, Bleu De Paname, Converse, New Balance, Norse Projects, Hancock, Deluxe, Bedwin, and Yuketen just to name a few. There will be new items and daily specials, so keep your eyes on the website, instagram, facebook, and twitter for daily updates. The sale will start at both stores with South Melbourne open from 10am until 6pm and the CBD store open 11am until 7pm tomorrow. For those of you that can’t make it in, the sale will begin at 12am tomorrow morning in our online store. NEW BALANCE M998MD 'MADE IN U.S.A.'

New Balance have delivered yet another colourway from their famed ‘Made in U.S.A. range with the M998MD. This latest 998 better known to some as ‘Moby Dick’ takes on a slew of grey tones as well as shades of blue to navy those that represent Herman Melville’s classic tale of Captain Ahab’s vengeful pursuit of the great whale. Of course the 998 is crafted at the hands of New Balance’s skilled artisans utilizing a slew of premium materials, with suede, mesh and leather wrapping the upper of the shoe. The M998MD is now available both in store and online with all of the finer details after the jump.

NEW BALANCE M1400HB 'MADE IN U.S.A.'

New Balance have been at it again, delivering more of their ‘Made in U.S.A’ goods with the M1400HB. The classic 1400 silhouette sees some new light, covered in a mostly black selection of premium suedes, and meshes, that are accented by red accents across the tongue label, signature ‘N’ and midsole, crisp white leather underneath the ‘N’, white lining, and midsole. Lastly no New Balance is complete without a hint of 3M reflective this time placed atop the heel for a subtle grey accent. New Balance have come together with European retailers Sneaker N’ Stuff and 24 Kilates to help reintroduce the coveted 300 court silhouette to their Made in England range. Originally released in 1979, the sneaker was one of the brand’s first shoes designed exclusively for tennis and now sees a comeback in premium materials from New Balance’s factory in Flimby, UK. It’s Monday and that can mean only one thing, the weekend’s over and Mr. Mannequin’s back and ready to tackle the week ahead in another instalment of his weekly outfit selections. Kicking it all off this week, Mr. Mannequin’s equipped with a selection of layers from Norse Projects and Elka with their 4 Pocket Raincoat in Shelter Blue, Bedwin’s Navarro Gauze Check Shirt in Blue, and Tender Co.’s Woolen Saddle Sleeve Pullover in Grey. Heading down to the lower half of his outfit, Mr. Mannequin’s got a pair of 3sixteen’s American Made Japanese Selvedge Denim SL100X in Raw Indigo, pairing these off with a pair of our collaborative Chup Fair Isle Socks in Aqua, and New Balance’s M990HL.
