New Balance have come together with Chicago leather tannery Horween putting their American craftsmanship to the test with the M996BHR. With both brands steeped in tradition, it seems only fitting that the M996BHR be wrapped in Horween's supple and waxy leathers with a deep burgundy leather wrapping much of the upper, accented by tanned brown details. The quality of the leathers is only reflected by the upmost quality of New Balance's American craftsmanship down to the last stitch atop their signature 'N'. With day in day out wear, the leathers will naturally develop character and patina along with a comfortable step with each pair sitting atop New Balance's Encap sole unit. The collaborative M996BHR is now available in store and online with all of the finer details after the jump.
