Another brand finding its way onto the shelves here at the store this season is Japanese brand Sunny Sports. Inspired by the relaxed and easygoing culture and lifestyle surrounding the Western Coast of America, Sunny Sports focuses on crafting playful and contemporary renditions of traditional wardrobe staples, something that’s very evident in their first drop of shirting for the season.

Available in Regular Stripe, and Used Denim, each of Sunny Sports’ Regular Patchwork Shirts, use a variety of striped and chambray panels, with the Used Denim counterpart featuring a variety of panels that are washed and aged at different rates that give each of the shirts panels their own distinct shade of indigo. The Japanese made shirts are crafted from the highest quality materials, constructed on triple needle, and chainstitch machines, traditional techniques that are highlighted by the brightly coloured orange chainstich runoff on each of the shirts.

Sunny Sports is available in store and online now, and for all of the finer details of each of the patchwork shirts continue reading after the jump.
