I'm sure you are all - by now - used to a blog showing off the ageing process of Pete Le Chic's signature Jean0001. But I don't really care, and will show off mine anyway.

I toughed out a size 2 over a year ago - blue balls ever since - but couldn't be happier with the current result. Strong whiskers, dense combs and a unique heavy line on my left knee create what I consider 'living' art.

These are currently being repaired - for enhanced character - and in the meantime I have upgraded to a size 3, i'll let you know in a year how they react differently.

Norse Projects and Pro Keds have come together to re-work a true classic. First released in 1972, the Royal Master soon became the most well known basketball silhouette from Pro-Keds. Available in Dark Navy, White Smoke, and Gold Oak, each colourway draws its inspiration from prominent elements of everyday life in Norse Projects’ home town Copenhagen, the ocean, the beach, and the town itself. Each colourway features a soft pigskin suede upper, co-branded cork inner sole, premium leather lining, and aniline dyed leather heel tab. Available in store and online now! With so many new things arriving over the last few weeks, Mr. Mannequin has been putting together new outfits almost everyday! Today he features Monitaly, Norse Projects and Yuketen in a lumberjack inspired outfit. From the new Monitaly season he has paired the Olive Mountain Parka with the Triple Needle Flannel Shirt. The Norse Projects Aros Chino in Navy is back in stock and with a pair of Yuketen Maine Guide Chukkas he is ready for whatever the day throws at him.

When ever we get a chance to do something a little bit outlandish with colours and panelling, we really do jump at the chance and that’s why we are so very excited to present to you Yuketens Blucher w/ Kiltie in FO Multi.

Made in the USA from the highest quality leathers available to man the Multi combines a hand sewn rough out blue and sand moccasin toe with a brown quarter panel, red kiltie and heel stripe and peanut ankle lining. Add to that the leather inner soles, metal eyelets, brown leather laces and brown boat sole and you have a shoe that has so much going on that you really can’t keep your eyes off them!

Norse Projects have teamed up with Danish rainwear specialists Elka to produce a new silhouette to accompany their ongoing series of raincoats. The Parka Jacket available in Black and Orange takes the classic raincoat, and adds extra length in the body, alongside four new military style pockets, whilst still possessing all of traditional raincoat features.

Constructed using Elka’s heat sealed technology, each jacket uses snap and zipped front closures, drawcord hood, adjustable cuffs and a breathable lining, ensuring you stay dry regardless of what the weather is throwing at you.

Next up from the new season of Norse Projects is the Kalle Hooded Sweat. Made from 100% cotton and featuring a draw cord hood, front pouch pocket, and thin striped ribbed cuffs, it's the perfect weight to layer with a bigger jacket during the Winter and light enough to wear through the rest of our cool summer evenings. The Kalle comes in Green, Purple or Navy mélange and is in store now!

The Yuketen Blucher in Western Floral Red has just landed in store and we couldn’t be happier. With floral embossed red leather, hand sewn moccasin toe, metal eyelets, padded leather inner sole, contrasting white leather laces and white boat sole this shoe ticks all the boxes.

Based in Hermosa Beach, California each piece of Yuketen footwear is hand-made in the United States by Yuki Matsuda and his team of artisans. Each shoe is crafted using only the best materials, and really have to been seen and worn to be fully appreciated the work that goes into the making of each shoe.

Taking cues from the traditional French naval uniforms of yesteryear, Norse Projects have delivered two of their ‘nautical striped’ knits from this seasons range.

Available in both Dark Navy/Offwhite and inverted Offwhite/Dark Navy colourways, the Folke Knit features European construction, medium weight cotton and linen blend body, solid stripes from the chest to the hem, and Norse Projects’ signature label on the left sleeve.

This season’s range from Californian based artisans Yuketen has started to arrive. As each silhouette makes its way onto the selves, we’ll be giving you an in-depth look into each of the individual pieces.

Starting off this season we’ve got Yuketen’s Maine Guide Boot. Available in Quatro, this handcrafted low cut boot features a multi coloured ‘rough out’ suede upper along with welted Vibram outsole, metal eyelets, and leather laces. Crafted using only the finest of materials, the Maine Guide Boot really has to been seen and worn to fully appreciate the work that goes into the making of the shoe.

Mr. Mannequin is back for another installment of outfit of the week. With a few colder days ahead of us he’s taken full advantage of our new deliveries from this season to create the perfect outfit.

Starting the outfit off Mr. Mannequin’s chosen to combine the heavier weighted Norse Projects Villads Heavy Shirt in Dark Navy with Bedwin & The Heartbreakers’ down filled reversible ‘Fripp’ Vest in Indigo Chambray and Black. His selection of subtle indigo tones are accented by the combination of the Aros Heavy Chino Pant in Army Green from Norse Projects, and the multiple suede panels of the Quatro Maine Guide Boot from Yuketen.
